DEVICE FOR LASER HARD-FACING Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

Abstract RU 2104135 C1

FIELD: hard-facing technology. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for hard-facing of various structures. Device has continuous-action laser, deflecting mirror, focusing system, manipulator for fixing and displacing of article, powder feeder, nozzle with mechanism for its aiming at work table. Powder collector and replaceable unit for shut-off of powder flow and laser radiation are installed on work table above manipulator. Cutting-off plane of shut-off unit is located along direction of article movement. Lower edge of shut-off unit can be made with profile corresponding to surface of article being hard-faced. Device ensures high quality of hard-facing and saving of welding powder. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwg
