FIELD: peptides. SUBSTANCE: product: decapeptide of the formula: H-Pro-D-Phe-Pro-Ser-Tyr-D-Lys-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH₂ is synthesized by solid-phase method using peptide synthesizer NPS-400 on 4-methylbenzhydrylaminopolymer. The following derivatives of L-amino acids were used: N-tert.-butylhydroxycarbonylglycine, N-tert. -butylhydroxycarbonyl-N^G-(mesithylene-2-sulfo)-argini- -ne, N-tert.-butylhydroxycarbonyl-O-(3-bromobenzyl)-tyrosine and derivatives of D-amino acids: N^α-tert.-butylhydroxycarbonyl-N^ε-2-chlorobenzylhydroxycarbo- nyl-D-lysine and N-tert. -butylhydroxycarbonyl-D-phenylalanine. Trifluoromethanesulfoacid is used for peptide refining from the resin. Synthesized peptides were used in medicine and biochemistry. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of decapeptide. 3 tbl
