FIELD: chemical industry impregnation of cardboard products and preparation of water-resistant paper. SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises preparing amidoepichlorohydrine resin by reacting di-, tri-, tetra- or polyamine with dichloroethane or dichloropropane at 60-125 C at (1-2):1 molar ratio, with dicarboxylic acid at 160-180 C and subsequently with epichlorohydrine at 40-48 C. The amine to dicarboxylic acid to epichlorohydrine molar ratio is (1-2): 1: (1-2), respectively. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 2 cl, 1 tbl
