FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for control and prediction of large-scale crushing of edge portion of stressed section and control of crushing of various loaded blocks. Method implies registration of pulses of electromagnetic emission and their duration in rock mass, determination of standard parameters of pulses in samples and their comparison with ones being registered. Additionally measured are quantity and amplitudes of currents of these pulses in rock mass and in standard sample being loaded to crushing. Determined are volumes of sample and crushable section of rock mass and determined is expectancy of crushing according to compilation of mathematical relation which includes amplitudes of single pulses in sample and crushable section of rock mass, duration of single pules in sample and rock mass, volumes of standard sample and crushable section, maximal quantity of registered pulses in sample at performing its crushing and quantity of pulses in crushable section of rock mass. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
