SUBSTANCE: bellows of damper contain capillary porous body; hermetic bellows are filled with working fluid not wetting the capillary porous body; bellows are located on inner surface of housing. Capillary porous body is made in the form of colloid of discrete capillary porous particles in working fluid. Capillary porous body consists of separate groups which differ in average sizes of pores; average sizes are related with respective modes of operation according to relationship given in the Description.
