FIELD: industry and agriculture; heating and drying systems; drying of paint coatings, local heating of parts; heating of industrial and farm locations. SUBSTANCE: burner consists of housing 1, infrared radiation reflector 2, injector consisting of gas nozzle 3 and mixer 4, reflector 5 with shelf 6, radiating ceramic attachment 7 with flat inlet and radiating surfaces and gauze 8. Ceramic radiating attachment is provided with square holes uniformly distributed over its surface. Passage area of holes is smaller than critical one according to flame overshoot, with summary area of hole cross section being 0.35-0.75 of attachment area. Summary through section of holes of gauze is 0.5-0.7 of total area of its surface. Guaze is set at a distance from attachment 10 to 20 times greater than sine of side of attachment holes. Reflector is secured after mixing tube, diameter D, square to its axis. Reflector is made in form of plate with shelf bent towards injector. Reflector is installed at a distance 2.5-3.0 times exceeding diameter D. Area of plate is 2.5-3.0 times greater than cross-section of mixing tube. Area of shelf is 0.1-0.2 of plate area. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 tbl, 1 dwg
