Larger diameter tube 2 has at least one swirler 3 providing swirling of passing flow at complete thermal load of heat exchange member. It is installed at inlet section 4. Maximum value of peripheral speed in outlet section I-I of swirler 3 of cold carrier of pipe 2 does not exceed critical value of speed at which rotation of heaviest particles of medium in peripheral zone of flow is provided. As a result, in process of attenuation of rotary movement of flow after outlet section I-I of above indicated swirler 3, continuous replacement of lighter particles of medium by heavier ones in direction towards axis of flow rotation is provided. EFFECT: reduced mass and overall dimensions of heat exchange equipment. 19 cl, 8 dwg
