SUBSTANCE: inventive novelty of proposed method resides in recording absolute temperature value of burn wound before and after cold test, final diagnosis being made depending on dynamic aspect of temperature variations. EFFECT: early (as little as 3 days after trauma) differential diagnosis of IIIA-IIIB burns.
