FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to surgery and is intended for intra-operation control of efficacy of burning scar dissection in case of early necrectomy. At the stage of operative intrusion after carrying out necrectomy and drying of wound with napkin thermovision wound examination is carried out. And if heat picture of wound surface is isothermal and drops of temperatures between separate sections does not exceed 0.5°C, necrectomy is considered efficient.
EFFECT: determination of objective criterion of efficiency of necrotic tissues dissection in region of burning wounds is ensured.
