FIELD: orthopedics and prosthetics. SUBSTANCE: method allows manufacturing orthopedic inner soles taking into account individual anatomic and functional peculiar features of patient's foots. Method includes formation of negative patterns of foot sole surfaces from loose shaping material enclosed in elastic shell with vacuum strengthening followed by subjective patient's control, whereupon paraffin positives are manufactured, restricting fillet is applied on supposed outline of inner soles, plastic-state inner sole mass is distributed across positive surfaces with filling knife, and mechanical trying of orthopedic inner soles for footwear of the same type is performed. Paraffin utilized for manufacturing positive and restricting fillet is further repeatedly reutilized. EFFECT: improved procedure. 6 dwg
