FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for active correction of foot by means of insoles-orthoses. Insole-orthosis is formed using workpieces of soft low-temperature thermoplastic material with metatarsal roller-bed installed on them from bottom surface with correction in process of wearing of insoles-orthoses by corrective wedges-modifiers, located in area of foot support zones. Corrective wedges-modifiers are installed during production of insole in foot support zones, namely in projection of lateral process of calcaneal bone tuberosity, on medial process of calcaneal tuberosity, on head of 1-st metatarsal bone, on head of 5-th metatarsal bone, wherein number of wedges-modifiers,their arrangement, combination and thickness depend on position of front and rear foot sections. To verify correctness of making insoles-orthoses biomechanical test is conducted including assessment of symmetry of bone-muscular marks of patient's body.
EFFECT: method allows to improve stability of foot during walking, restore correct biomechanics of motion.
