FIELD: processes of dewatering various finely ground materials, ore concentrates, in particular. SUBSTANCE: filter has bath 1 and shaft 2 on which filter disks 4 made in form of sectors 5 are fitted. Inner chambers of sectors 5 are connected to vacuum pump 8 through vacuum system arranged inside shaft 2. Conducting members 11 secured on shaft 2 rotate in synchronism with sectors 5; members 11 are tightly pressed to surface of layer of sediment in zones of vacuum dewatering of sediment with electric treatment and are brought away from this surface in other production zones. Filter is provided with DC source 13 whose one pole is connected with filtering disks 4 and other pole is connected with conducting members 11, thus ensuring high throughput of filter at improved quality of concentrate.
