Method may be implemented on the basis of apparatus containing source of rotating magnetic field affecting sample and created with phase windings with backspacing of rotation direction through switching phase windings with solenoid starter. Winding of the latter is regulated with pulse sequence from Schmitt trigger formed from sinusoidal voltage on tunable active RC oscillator. Intensity of magnetic field is regulated by starting rheostat. EFFECT: increased strength of material due to achieving limiting concentrations of polycrystallization within brief periods of time and increasing number of reacted particles of binder.
