Abstract RU 2085848 C1

FIELD: navigation, systems controlling mobile objects, indicators of movement of objects. SUBSTANCE: micromechanical vibratory gyroscope has internal and external frames on torsion suspension. External frame has covers carrying elements of angle pickup and moment pickup to eliminate harmful cross effects of excitation oscillations on sensitive axis. Other elements of pickups are positioned on internal frame and on case. In accordance with second version oscillations of internal frame are induced and axis of external frame is sensitive axis. Cross effects of excitation oscillations on sensitive axis are compensated by supply of excitation signals through dividers to moment pickups along sensitive axis. It is proposed to manufacture angle pickups on base of field-effect transistors with mobile gates (mechanizers) and torsions with cruciform section.
