FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter includes case 1 with slit inlet 2 and outlet 3 holes arranged over radius at angle of the order of 120 deg with reference to each other. Slit hole 2 is directed at angle of the order of 45 deg towards plane of rotation of rotor. Rotor is manufactured in the form of four pairs of cylindrical bushings 10, 11 mounted in recesses 4 on shaft 5 over its perimeter for turning or rotation about its axis. Each bushing includes ring sealing protrusions 8 with grooves 9 and built-in spring 13. EFFECT: improved operational reliability of flowmeter. 3 cl, 3 dwg
