FIELD: spectral instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has modulated fluorescence excitation source, photodetector with optical projection system and metal spiral atomizer which optical axes are perpendicular. Atomizer is located in coaxial inside tube which is made from dielectric material and contain tubes for input of sample and calibration gas before spiral. Point of intersection of optical axes is spaced from open end of atomizer by 1-2 diameters of its spiral. Length of spiral is greater than its diameter by factor of 5-10.
