FIELD: sports and amateur fishing. SUBSTANCE: spinning tackle has device to provide nonoperative slipping off of fishing line from end face of spool arranged similar to inertia reel spool and convenient for paying out of fishing line. Method is used to shift tension of fishing line at casting into plane of spool axis by means of turning lever mechanically coupled with spring-loaded cock. With cock pressed on, end of turning lever provided with hole for fishing line and displaced relative to axis of rotation, having described an arc of 90 degrees, shifts tension of fishing line to the end of spool, thus providing free slipping off of fishing line from end of spool. EFFECT: improved convenience of operation. 5 dwg
