FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the device uses the working part in the form of a hollow body with a rounded-off end having first slot 3, with first handle 6 secured at an angle and with a means for closing the first slot, having second handle 7 arranged at an angle; the means for closing of first slot 3 is made as additional cylinder 2 with second longitudinal slot 4 installed for axial movement and turning inside the hollow body made in the form of main cylinder 1; installed along the opposite sides of the first (3) and second (4) slots are suture guides in the form of rows of internal radial U-shaped prongs located for engagement with one another; the first (6) and second (7) handles are furnished with rack-and pinion 8, second handle 7 is additionally furnished with a guide-catch 9. EFFECT: enhanced convenience for the surgeon, reduced operative injury and intrasurgical loss of blood, prevented development of postoperative cicatrical structures and deformities of the anal orifice. 3 cl, 2 dwg
