FIELD: medicine, in particular, proctology, applicable in haemorrhoid ectomy. SUBSTANCE: the device has a working component in the form of the main hollow cylinder and an auxiliary cylinder. The main cylinder is made with a handle and a rack-and- pinion, and has an opening for prolabiration of the haemorrhoid inside the device. The auxiliary hollow cylinder is installed inside the main cylinder and also has a handle and an opening for prolabiration of the haemorrhoid inside the device. For making of a mechanical suture the main cylinder has a replaceable cassette with suturing brackets, and the auxiliary cylinder has a thrust platform for bending the brackets. For feeding the brackets and their mechanical bending a cylinder-pusher is installed inside the auxiliary cylinder. The end of the main cylinder is made in the form of a truncated closed cone for provision of caring division of the sphincter ani. EFFECT: enhanced convenience for the surgeon, reduced traumatism of operation, reduced time of operation, enhanced reliability of sutures, reduced bed days and reduced postoperative complications. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
