SUBSTANCE: device has flexible member in form of spiral spring accommodating reciprocating rod with limiting slot. Rigidly secured to spring is fixing plate. Retainers in form of yokes are secured on one end of flexible member through fixing plate by means of coupling bolt, and on the other end through end support, to rod. Yokes are made in form of two bent plates with pins on concave surface. Yoke bases inactive flexible material and made corrugated in transverse direction. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
