FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylinders which one end plane is beveled and has protrusion arranged on the same radius with proximal generatrix of the cylinder. The other end plane is in perpendicular relation to the cylinder axis and has holes in peripheral part. Stretcher is manufactured as curved smooth-walled tube with threaded rod placed inside. The rod has axial canal and nut. Free end of the rod is provided with compression screw. Screw heads are manufactured as clamps with compression screws.
