FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining individual elastic properties of crystalline capsule under investigation from aplanation diameter measurement data in performing elastomeric examination before and immediately after tonographic examination and using the received data for determining real crystalline capsule volume reduction during tonography time period to determine individual values of intraocular pressure, outlow ability coefficient and minute volume of chamber humor production. The result is achieved by applying developed aplanation tonometry equation where it is separately taken into account that increase in crystalline capsule pressure takes place both due to external compression of the crystalline capsule and due to certain transfer of some volume of chamber humor from the anterior chamber to the crystalline capsule.
