SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Tonometric intraocular pressure values are recalculated according to the keratotopographic values; the tonometric intraocular pressure values are determined. Specified intraocular pressure is calculated by the original formula, where after obtaining the keratotopography data the values are: Pt – tonometric intraocular pressure, ISV – index of surface variance, IVA – index of vertical asymmetry, Rm – mean radius of curvature, Km – mean keratometry. Thickness is the thickness of the cornea, converted to ISV p, IVA p, Rm p, Km p, Thickness p as follows. If ISV deviates from 16, Pt is corrected by 0.05 mmHg per each unit. If the IVA deviates by 2 times from 0.08, Pt is corrected by 0.29 mmHg. If Rm deviates from 7.83, Pt is corrected by 1.39 mmHg per each unit. If Km deviates from 43.1, Pt is corrected by 0.24 mmHg per each unit. If Thickness deviates from 540, Pt is corrected by 0.56 mmHg for every 100 units.

EFFECT: method enables to establish and take into account the effect of keratotopographic features of the cornea on the intraocular pressure values and to correct the tonometric intraocular pressure values, based on the obtained data.
