FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming superficial scleral graft, dissecting limbus strip together with trabecula, making peripheral iridectomy, placing collagenous explant into the bed formed under the graft and having comb shape. The superficial scleral graft is to be cut in full thickness leaving only thin leaf of deep sclera layer on the bed fundus being 0.05-0.1 mm in thickness. The bed is filled with 5% 5-fluorouracyl solution or 0.1% prospidine solution before placing the explant there. In producing collagen, 5-7 mg of 5-fluorouracyl or prospidine is added to collagen and the explant is treated with β-/5-fluorouracyl-2/-acrolein during 9-10 h.
