A surface scleral flap is formed, two intrascleral canals are made in deep scleral layers beginning from sinusotomy area and coming in meridional direction up to the border of scleral flap bed, external wall of Schlemm's canal is dissected, viscocanalodilation is performed by introduction of dyed viscoelastic, then entries into venous sinus should be "choked up" with resorbing collagenous occluders. The method enables to control the depth of viscoelastic introduction and provides reliable hypotensive effect by removing the tendency for the collapse of venous sinus and preliminary viscoelastic discharge.
