Device has also probe in form of lever hinge-mounted on frame for engagement by free end with load-carrying strand of elevator chain and coupled with grip by tie-rod with connecting hinge joints on ends. Axle of one of hinge joints is installed in longitudinal slot made in tie-rod. EFFECT: improved reliability of protection in case of breakage or reverse running of chain. 1 dwg
