SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing bird droppings and ash disposal to obtain compost. The method includes forming a pile, adding a filler to the bird manure and mixing, composting with air aeration in the thermophilic phase, cooling and maturation phases. A pile of bird droppings is formed on the site in temperature and weather conditions corresponding to the current season. Fly ash obtained from the combustion of brown coal is used as a filler for bird droppings. Fly ash is added in the amount and at the moisture content of the manure, which together ensure the establishment of the temperature regime and the pH value corresponding to the thermophilic phase. This initiates the composting process with its localization in the central part in the volume of the collar with its withdrawal into the thermophilic phase, accompanied by the formation of a shell with a temperature gradient between its surfaces in the surface region of the collar or accompanied by the formation of a shell with a temperature gradient between its surfaces in the surface region of the collar with a temperature gradient between its surfaces with application to the outer surface of the shell of the fly ash layer, followed by the formation of a solid layer on its base.
