FIELD: construction, more particularly filler for panels. SUBSTANCE: composition for foam material comprises, wt.-%: hexamethylene tetramine modified liptobiolite resin, 60-90; epoxy diane resin, 8-32; polyethylene polyamine (hardener), 1.2-4.8; and 0.8-32 of gas producer such as ethylhydroxiloxane polymer. Composition is prepared by mixing components before foam is formed, poured into molds and kept theretill the composition becomes hardened at room temperature from 5 to 8 C. Liptobiolite resin (specifications 11-31-28-31) is prepared from semicoking of sea liptobiolites and stabilized by hexamethylene tetramine and is essentially dark viscous homogeneous liquid having at least 65% neutral oils and at least 35% phenols. EFFECT: homogeneous fine crystalline structure, lower acid number, low density, low water absorption, heat conduction and high ultimate strength. 2 tbl
