SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of sorting and aromatic alcohol from mixture of thyme and bergenia; then blend is composed based on sorting, aromatic alcohol and sodium bicarbonate. Prepared special vodka of 40% vol. has the following ratio of ingredients, kg per 1000 dal: thyme, 0.8-1; bergenia leaves, 0.2-0.4; sodium bicarbonate, 0.2-0.25; aqueous-alcohol liquid, the balance. EFFECT: improved taste.
