METHOD OF VODKA PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: sodium hydrocarbonate and honey were divided for two equal doses. Mixture is prepared by mixing rectified alcohol with water up to preparing mixture of 40% fortress and 50% honey, 50% sodium hydrocarbonate of their total amount were added. Mixture is treated with activated carbon, kept, filtered and the rest amount of honey and sodium hydrocarbonate is added, filtered and poured. Vodka has the following components, kg/1000 dal: honey 8-12; sodium hydrocarbonate 0.3-0.5, and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka.
