FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic infusion from mixture of lemon balm, thyme and sweet-grass in aqueous-alcoholic liquid in quantitative ratio, respectively: 4.5-5.5, 0.9-1.5 and 9.5-10.5 kg per 1000 dal and pine buds in the amount of 0.4-0.6 kg. Aqueous-alcoholic infusion of ingredients mixture is blended with 65.8-% sugar syrup prepared from 50 kg of sugar, color and aqueous-alcoholic liquid up to 40-% strength of blend, and mixed. Then pine buds aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist discharging is introduced, and liqueur is bottled. Prepared liqueur has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: aqueous-alcoholic infusion from sweet-grass, thyme and lemon balm, 500-520; pine buds aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging, 37-38; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 57-58; and liqueur also has, kg: color, 9-11; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
