The latter has projection with holes 5 where dampening bushes are located; device is also provided with locking bush. Holder with flange passes through holes of dampening bushes. Flange of this holder is mounted at axial clearances between ends of circular projection and locking bush. Supporting bush with flanges passes through hole in holder at radial clearance; its flanges press flexible members to supporting member. Protective device is secured to base by means of fastener through hole in supporting bush. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
