FIELD: shut-off fittings for aggressive and high-temperature media. SUBSTANCE: ball cock has body, spherical plug with rotation drive and metallic seal made in the form of cylindrical bushes fitted one on other which are engageable with surface of plug by means of circular fins. The latter are formed by inner cylindrical and end surfaces of bushes. which are spring-loaded towards plug by means of elastic-deformation members made in the form of rings or springs, providing for tight seal of plug.
