FIELD: design of thermal meters of flows of heated liquids and other heat transfer agents. SUBSTANCE: proposed device incorporates flow rate transducer with mobile element to which plate with inhomogeneity zones attached. Their number if plate is made in the form of disc is different on circumferences of different radius and is determined by value of physical parameter - temperature of heat transfer agent. Scanning element of detector of inhomogeneity zones is mounted for movement along surface of plate. It is connected to mechanical output of converter of physical parameter of medium and output of detector of inhomogeneity zones is coupled to pulse counter. Apart from mentioned components device has second detector of inhomogeneities with scanning element connected to additional subtracting input of pulse counter, second plate with inhomogeneity zones connected to mobile element of flow rate transducer. Scanning element of second detector of inhomogeneity zones is mounted for movement along second plate. EFFECT: enhanced functional accuracy and reliability of device. 3 cl, 3 dwg
