FIELD: emulsions. SUBSTANCE: method involves stirring an aqueous and oily phase and preparing highly concentrated emulsion at volume content of dispersed phase above coefficient of maximal ball package - above 0.74%. Then the prepared emulsion is diluted with water up to content of dispersed phase below this index, preferably, below 0.66%. Size of the dispersed phase drops is less 0.5-1 mc.
