FIELD: medicine, phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent for treatment of tuberculosis with low level of fibrotic complications that presents a conjugate of isoniazide-dextran of molecular mass 65-75 kDa of the formula: where R1 is H, glucose residue or polyglucosyl residue of the formula given in picture above; R2 is isoniazide residue of the formula: or hydroxyl-group. Agent shows the significantly less level of fibrotic complications as compared with isoniazide-dextran of molecular mass 40 kDa in using in equal doses by isoniazide and similar schedule treatment. EFFECT: improved curative properties, decreased complications in treatment. 2 dwg
