FIELD: organic chemistry, chemistry of high-molecular compounds, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves oxidation of dextran with sodium periodate, precipitation with ethanol, conjugation of obtained dialdehyde dextran with isoniazid and reduction of Schiff's base formed with sodium boron hydrode. Before precipitation with ethanol dialysis of dialdehyde dexran is carried out. Conjugation is carried out by addition of isoniazid as a dry substance at amount providing its concentration 0.3 mole/l. Dialysis of conjugate solution is carried out before its precipitation with ethanol. Invention can be used in development of new antituberculosis drugs of enhanced effectiveness. EFFECT: increased content of isoniazid, high purity and stability of product.
