FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has puncture needle with inlet opening and sharp point. To reliably indicate the needle point is in blood vessel and reduce the risk of through perforation, the device has chamber having the property to restore its initial form after being deformed and connected to the needle through connecting pipe in the needle. The needle has additional opening in the wall area forming the sharp point. To exclude air coming into the needle during manipulations inside blood vessel, the device has plug from flexible material making the inlet opening air-tight and flexible rod inserted with its one end into the needle to enable reciprocating movements along the needle to be done and passing through the plug having selfconstrictable duct for this purpose. A device version has chamber connected to the needle through mentioned inlet opening and plug from flexible material built-in into the chamber wall opposite to the inlet opening to make it air-proof.
