SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying medicinal preparation to liver via catheter located in portal vein; moving out catheter from portal vein and from part of channel in liver tissue; fixing catheter for time sufficient for spontaneous occlusion of puncture opening in vein; forming hemostatic plug in adjoining vein; introducing hemostatic means into channel.
