SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used in endovascular surgery. Vascular puncture closure system comprises a guide catheter comprising a body with a haemostatic valve connected to a flexible guide tube, a vascular localiser, comprising a body connected to a flexible tube having blood outlet holes configured to be inserted into the catheter tube, a device for closing the puncture hole of the vessel, comprising a body connected to one end of the tube, and a vascular anchor connected to the haemostatic sponge with a suture material, placed in the tube with the possibility of moving and exiting from the opposite end of the tube, configured to be inserted by its tube into the catheter tube and moving relative thereto to withdraw the arterial anchor and the haemostatic sponge from the catheter tube, and a conductor configured to be connected to the retainer, wherein the guide catheter is configured to accommodate the guidewire in the catheter tube and move relative thereto to insert the catheter tube into the puncture hole of the vessel, wherein the vascular anchor and/or haemostatic sponge and/or suture material are radiopaque, and the end portion of the catheter tube is skewed with a decrease in the wall thickness of the tube towards its edge.

EFFECT: higher safety and convenience of the procedure aimed at closure of the puncture hole.
