FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: water streams polluted with organic and inorganic impurities are successively averaged, then electrically coagulated, treated by pressure floatation, electric floatation, whereupon clarified water is separated from foam-sludge and a part (5-10 vol.%) of clarified water is air saturated and returned into electrocoagulation and pressure floatation processes. According to invention, 30-40 vol.% of return water is directed into electrocoagulation process and 60-70 vol.% into pressure floatation process, whereas 90-95 vol.% of clarified water is directed into the process of adsorption posttreatment on activated carbon with subsequent regeneration thereof at potential from -0.7 to -1.5 V and returning produced regenerate and foam-sludge to water streams. Electrocoagulation is accompanied with air supply to gas saturation 3-7%, and electric floatation is carried out by way of filtering water stream through a package of electrodes with double-layer porous anode.
