Abstract RU 2087811 C1

FIELD: preparation of liquid cryogenic propellant. SUBSTANCE: gas to be liquefied is fed to tube space of heat exchanger simultaneously at top and at bottom at similar pressure. Liquefied gas is discharged from heat exchanger center portion. Cooling agent is evaporated in lower portion of inter-tube space of heat exchanger. Liquefied gas is discharged from tube space through branch pipe located above cooling agent boiling zone in inter-tube space of heat exchanger. Level of liquid cooling agent in inter-tube space of heat exchanger is measured and is compared with specified magnitude; supply of liquid cooling agent is controlled by signal received. Temperature of cooling agent vapor in inter-tube space of heat exchanger is measured and is converted into control signal of flow regulator. Cooling agent vapor is fed to recovery system.
