FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of flow rate of thermic fluids. SUBSTANCE: thermal flow heated by thermal resistor is emitted in direction of heat sink, change of temperature of thermal resistor and power of heating source are measured and rate of fluid medium is determined by them. Invention provides for versions with one thermal resistor and two heat sinks or with two thermal resistors and three heat sinks. Device for realization of method includes two thermal resistors 1 and 7, three heat sinks 3, 6, 8, insulator 2, power supply source 4 with resistors 11, 12, analog-to-digital converter 9 and computer 10. Thermal resistor has backing 13 and metallized layer 14 in the form of winding 15. EFFECT: increased authenticity of measurement. 8 cl, 4 dwg
