FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: members of stator have rectangular grooves on their surface. Shielding tube copper tubes which are located in grooves are used for cooling said members. In addition trapezoid shape grooves are provided along both sides of rectangular grooves and shape trapezoid cogs. Depth of additional grooves is 0.25-0.4 of depth of rectangular grooves. Tubes are died into rectangular grooves and trapezoid cogs along their length are deviated. Specific characteristics of method for stator manufacturing is in depth of rectangular grooves which is greater than height of tubes. When they are died, force is applied to external surface of tube on width of side walls for their elastic mounting. Then force is applied in perpendicular to external side surface of cogs and simultaneously they and external walls of tube are subjected to elastic deformation.
