FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of processing the vegetable raw, in part, coniferous needles. Coniferous needle-branch mass is milled (particle size is 4-6 cm) and treated in disperser unit for 7-10 min followed by separation for phases. Solid phase in inoculated with fungus strain Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr) Kummer and culturing is carried out for 16 days. Method ensures to obtain highly nutrient fodders at high protein content.
