FIELD: biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of mushrooms enriched with biologically active substances. Physical-chemical method for production of mushrooms involves cultivation of mushrooms in pre-filled with substrate containers in environment of process greenhouse. Following steps are taken: isolating and developing mycelium of desired species of mushroom before sowing, substrate maturation, mycelium cropping, mycelium incubation with development of fungus primordia in controlled conditions using apparatus and processors adapted for temperature, humidity and radiation control, development of carpophores, collection of carpophores and treatment of carpophores with pulsed light for stimulation of vitamin D2 production. Method comprises applying physical exposure by processing said environment by electromagnetic field, carried out at all stages prior to collection of carpophores, as well as chemical treatment by adding to the substrate egg powder, and after sowing mycelium – inorganic microelements.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain enriched with biologically active substances mushrooms, having therapeutic capabilities, particularly in oncology and in general in counteracting cell degeneration in various diseases.
