FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: preliminary milled bark of coniferous needle strains is milled (particle size is 3-6 cm) and treated in disperser unit with water for 5-7 min followed by separation of mass for liquid and solid phase. Solid phase in inoculated with fungus strain Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr) Kummer and cultured for 16 days. Method is used for processing crude vegetable raw to the highly nutrient fodders at increased protein content. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
