FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has closed tubular housing with strings stretched within housing and adapted for hanging bunches of grapes and strings fixed in nonparallel relation relative to axes of housing members so that their stretching extent may be adjusted. Latter strings generate ultrasonic oscillations. Apparatus is further provided with device for reverse supplying of gaseous heat carrier into housing. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of dried product. 2 dwg
