FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, aseptic preservation of milk, juices and extracts. SUBSTANCE: sterilizer has sectioned housing. Drum provided with openings formed as Laval nozzles and overflow bead is mounted on hollow drive shaft in first section. Shaft has perforated or porous portion. Auger wheel and impeller are mounted in second section. Annular liquid pump, settling chamber with overflow pipe and product and steam supply and discharge devices are positioned in third section. It allows product to be sterilized by combined thermal and supersonic action upon product, cooled and deaerated, with dry substance content being kept at constant level.
