FIELD: medicine, reviviscence. SUBSTANCE: electrocardiogram is registered at patient's horizontal position to be further used to determine diagnostic components (a, c, i,) at venous-arterial pulsogram and components (A, K. I) at cephalic rheogram. According to the amplitudes of these components (a/c, i/c, K/A, I/A) a conclusion is made on the seriousness of patient's state at acute heart failure. If a/c ratio at venous-arterial pulsogram is higher up to 1.5-2.0 and K/A ratio at rheogram is above 1.0 the state is evaluated to be very serious. Transformation of venous-arterial pulsogram into sphygmogram along with the decrease of its incisure up to isoline is appeared to be the reason of overdosing of vasodilator means. Reviviscence procedures should be considered as successful if a/c ratio at venous-arterial pulsogram decreases to 0.3-0.6, K/A ratio is under 1.0 and incisure is at the level of 0.5-0.6 against wave A amplitude.
